Physical exercises

These physical exercises include special holds, mobilizations and slight stretching movements which positively effect on metabolism and condition of your joints. By manual pressure on various places a physical stimulus and thus a chemical process in the tissue is triggered, which alleviates pain, reduces movement restrictions and incorrect positions. Sometimes you can feel the improvement even immediately after session.


QIGONG is a Chinese movement, concentration and meditation system. This type of exercises is over 1000 years old. But only in the past 50 years Qigong has become popular in Western countries.
