Osteopathy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems by moving, stretching and massaging a person's muscles and joints. Osteopathy is based on the principle that the wellbeing of an individual depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue functioning smoothly together. Osteopaths use physical manipulation, stretching and massage with the aim of:
• increasing the mobility of joints• relieving muscle tension
• enhancing the blood supply to tissues
• helping the body to heal
Treating without medicine or instruments - that's what osteopathy is trying to do. Complex treating method says that the body is fit and healthy if it moves. If there are not enough movements, it causes mental depression, and finally physical disorders. Osteopathy has been used successfully in the United States, Great Britain and France for a long time.
CRANIOSACRAL OSTEOPATHY
Craniosacral Osteopathy is the treatment of bones, especially the skull bones and backbone. These, as well as all other bones and organs vibrate with a slow rhythm. According to the recent findings, the skull bones are not completely fused together, they move in the micrometer range in the suture. This is connected with the brain fluid flow. You can feel the rhythm of 8 - 12 vibrations per minute in the whole body.
CRANIAL FLUID DYNAMICS
Cranial Fluid Dynamics is a manual method to restore the energetic balance (well-being) of the person. With the help of this method a massage therapist gently and non-invasively restores (or at least improves) the essential mobility that has been lost due to recent and past trauma (even trauma from birth).
Recommended to use if:
• back problems
• physical and emotional shock
• headache
• allergies or depression
